1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the NoBSCraft Minecraft server, website, Discord community, or related services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you should not use the Services. NoBSCraft may update these Terms from time to time.
2. Definitions
- Server: NoBSCraft and related game services.
- User: Any person accessing or using the Services.
- Virtual Items: In-game items, currency, ranks, account benefits, or services.
- Real-Money Trading (RMT): The exchange of Virtual Items or services for real-world value outside authorized NoBSCraft channels.
3. Prohibited Conduct
3.1 Cheats, Mods, and Exploits
- No hacked or cheat clients
- No unauthorized movement modifications
- No unauthorized inventory modifications
- No health indicators, radar, ESP, freecam, or similar unfair-information tools
- No auto-place, easy-place, or comparable unfair building assistance
- No prohibited macros, scripts, auto-clickers, mouse tweaks, scrollers, or automation
- No modification or tool that provides an unfair gameplay advantage
3.2 Bugs and Exploits
- Do not knowingly abuse bugs or glitches
- Do not attempt or perform item duplication
- Serious bugs and exploits should be reported to staff
3.3 Economy and Trading Violations
- No unauthorized real-money trading
- No unauthorized cross-server trading
- No external gambling involving NoBSCraft items, currency, or accounts
- No selling or buying accounts, items, currency, services, or access outside official NoBSCraft channels
3.4 Identity and Account Abuse
- No staff impersonation
- No abusive use of alternate accounts
- No attempting to discover, distribute, or misuse protected server information such as the world seed where prohibited
3.5 Community Abuse
- No voice-chat spam
- No harassment, threats, targeted abuse, or intentionally disruptive conduct
4. Virtual Property
Accounts, virtual items, currency, ranks, and game data are part of the NoBSCraft service. Users receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use those virtual benefits while permitted to access the Services. NoBSCraft may modify or remove virtual content as reasonably required for gameplay, balance, security, moderation, or operation of the Server.
5. Enforcement
NoBSCraft may suspend accounts, terminate access, remove virtual items, or take other reasonable action when users violate these Terms or server rules. Enforcement may apply to associated accounts where appropriate.
6. Third-Party Platforms and Services
NoBSCraft may be accessed, discussed, or supported through third-party platforms such as Discord, hosting providers, websites, social networks, and payment services. NoBSCraft is not affiliated with or endorsed by those third parties unless explicitly stated.
Offers or transactions involving NoBSCraft accounts, virtual items, currency, services, or access through unauthorized third-party marketplaces are prohibited.
7. Disclaimer and Liability
NoBSCraft is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. NoBSCraft is not responsible for ordinary losses caused by bans, item removal, balancing, maintenance, resets, or server changes.

NoBSCraft is an independent Minecraft server and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, Discord Inc., or other trademark holders. All third-party trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
