2. Information We May Collect and Store
NoBSCraft uses limited account, security, moderation, and support information to operate and protect the Services.
A. Account Identifiers
- Minecraft UUID
- Minecraft username, including historical usernames where retained in moderation or support records
B. Network and Security Logs
- IP-address history associated with logins and related timestamps
C. Moderation Records
- Ban history, including status, reason, timestamps, and duration where applicable
- Mute history, including status, reason, timestamps, and duration where applicable
D. Support and Reports
- Ticket transcripts and support history, including player reports
- Attachments or links supplied by users or staff where included in a support or moderation record
E. Filter-Triggered Chat Safety Logs
NoBSCraft does not intend to maintain a permanent archive of every chat message by default. Messages that trigger automated moderation or safety filters may be retained as moderation evidence together with the relevant timestamp and account identifier.
F. Voice Chat
If proximity or in-game voice chat is available, audio may be processed in real time for operation or moderation. Continuous voice recordings are not intended to be retained by default. Relevant segments may be retained where needed as evidence for a moderation action, appeal, or dispute.
G. Client Integrity and Anti-Cheat
NoBSCraft may perform real-time integrity or anti-cheat checks to detect unauthorized modifications or prohibited gameplay behavior. These checks are used for security and rule enforcement.
3. Information We Do Not Intend to Maintain as a General Archive
- A separate permanent archive of every Discord message
- Full in-game chat logs by default, except where captured for support or moderation purposes
- Continuous or bulk voice-chat recordings by default
4. Why We Use This Information
- Operate the Services and identify accounts
- Prevent abuse, cheating, harassment, fraud, and ban evasion
- Investigate and enforce rule violations
- Respond to support requests and player reports
- Protect the security and integrity of NoBSCraft infrastructure and its community
5. Where Information May Be Stored
Information may be stored in game-server databases and logs, support or ticket systems, moderation systems, Discord channels used for support or moderation, and infrastructure operated by service providers. Data may be processed in different jurisdictions depending on the providers used.
6. Sharing and Disclosure
NoBSCraft does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers that help operate the Services, where appropriate, or when required by law or reasonably necessary to protect users, NoBSCraft, or its infrastructure.
7. Retention
Information should be kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for operations, security, moderation, support, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or legal compliance. Relevant records may be retained longer when connected to an active investigation, ban, appeal, chargeback, or dispute. Replicated systems and backups may retain data temporarily until normal deletion cycles complete.
8. Security
NoBSCraft uses reasonable safeguards appropriate to the sensitivity of the information, including access controls and limiting sensitive information to authorized staff and service providers where necessary.
9. Privacy Requests
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of certain personal information. Reasonable identity verification may be required before account-linked information is released or changed.
To make a privacy request, contact NoBSCraft through the official Discord support system and provide your Minecraft username, UUID if known, the categories of information involved, and an approximate date range.
10. Changes to This Policy
NoBSCraft may update this Privacy Policy as the Services, infrastructure, or legal requirements change. The "Last updated" date above identifies the current version.
