1. General Policy
Purchases made through NoBSCraft, including ranks, virtual items, in-game currency, and related digital services, are digital products and are generally considered final once delivery has taken place.
Refunds may be provided where required by applicable law or, in exceptional circumstances, at the discretion of NoBSCraft.
2. Digital Content and Immediate Delivery
By completing a purchase, you acknowledge that digital content or services may be delivered immediately. Where permitted by law, any right of withdrawal or cancellation may end once delivery or fulfilment begins.
3. Non-Refundable Cases
Except where required by law, refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Account suspension or termination resulting from violations of the NoBSCraft Terms of Service or server rules
- Loss of virtual items or currency caused by normal gameplay, resets, updates, balancing, or economy changes
- Accidental or mistaken purchases made by the customer
- Unauthorized account access resulting from user negligence, including credential sharing
- Real-money trading or transactions conducted outside official NoBSCraft channels
- Requests made after purchased digital content has already been delivered and used
4. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Starting a chargeback, payment reversal, or payment dispute without first contacting NoBSCraft support may result in suspension of the associated account and revocation of purchased content where permitted.
NoBSCraft may contest chargebacks and provide relevant transaction or fulfilment evidence to payment providers and financial institutions.
5. Exceptional Refunds
In exceptional circumstances, NoBSCraft may choose to offer a refund, replacement, or other compensation. Any such decision applies only to that individual case and does not create an obligation to provide the same outcome in future cases.
6. Legal Rights
Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any statutory rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer-protection law.
